WALDORF Stadium Apartments in Auckland New Zealand. Developed by the Perron Group the Waldorf is in the heart of Auckland and easy walk to all the attractions and night life. Initially working with the hotel advisory company for the Perron Group, OSPS’s project management team were commissioned to carry out a complete FF&E due-diligence report and supply proposal for the apartments under the operational standards of the Wyndham Hotels Group. On submission of the proposals OSPS & its associated company where awarded the full FF&E contracts to project manage the procurement, manufacture, installation and handover of the complete turn key packages.
Oaks Lure Hotel
Lure Resort is located in the sort after coastal region of Port Stephens less that an hours drive North of Newcastle. Management of OSPS was commissioned to procure, manufacture, deliver and install full turn key FF&E packages for the operators.
Darwin Airport Inn
Darwin Airport Inn is Darwin's newest contemporary hotel conveniently located just 250 meters from the Darwin International Airport Terminal. The Airport Inn offers a variety of outstanding accommodation styles to suit the holiday maker or business guest alike. Management of OSPS was commissioned by the owner operators to carry out the design due-diligence, prototype & , manufacture of case goods, delivery & installation of the same including soft furnishings and electrical items for the resorts accommodation needs including Kitchen Joinery, FF&E Full Turn Key Packages & supply of WPC building products.
