Silverwater Resort San Remo Victoria: The directors of OSPS worked closely with the developers (Brico Pty Ltd) Mr Darrel McLeod to carry our the complete FF&E due-diligence review for the proposed new resort complex. On development approval OSPS over sore the manufacture and QC of the resort prototype FF&E case goods as well as the continuing manufacture, delivery and installation of the resorts furnishing requirements.
Crown Plaza Pelican Waters
Originally the Ramada Pelican Waters prior to being taken over and brand named the Crown Plaza Pelican Waters the Management of OSPS took on the role of FF&E Advisor for the resorts hotel rooms and serviced apartments as well as prototype, procurement, manufacturer, project management of delivery and installation of full turn-key services for the owner operators the REED Property Group.
Kooindah Resort
The Kooindah Resort complex forms part of the stunning Kooindah Waters gold course estate located just outside Wyong in NSW. Management of OSPS was commissioned by the developers to oversee the due-diligence and assessment process for the resort to assure the correct functionality of the common areas as well as the resorts accommodation needs. These services included full turn key interior design proposals for the hotel rooms, serviced apartments and common areas. On approval of concept solutions OSPS was commissioned to project managed the complete processes required regarding prototyping and QC of case goods items for pre approval, manufacture, deliver, installation of the same as well as soft furnishings and handover of operational rooms.
